The Roving Coach values were created early in the process of building the company because we, the partners, felt strongly that if we got our values straight, the rest would fall into place. So at one our first retreats at Nicoa’s Sound House in Wilmington, NC, we spent two enjoyable hours capturing on paper what we really care about and who we really are at our core.
Below are our values. We strive every day to live by them. Sometimes we disappoint ourselves, but mostly we don’t. People who aren’t attracted to these values choose not to work with or hire us, and that’s okay too. Our favorite value? Celebration, of course! We can pop a champagne cork faster than the speed of light (which happens to be 186,282 miles per second).
