Beth Pisculli

She is passionate about the development of high potentials and multi-cultural leadership in organizations.

Beth started her corporate career at Nortel Networks and progressed quickly through the leadership ranks serving in senior management and internal business consulting positions in Marketing, IT, Operations, and Human Capital. Some of Beth’s most notable accomplishments include key leadership roles in the development of Nortel’s first global change leadership and quality initiative, the global customer value management initiative, the implementation of the first internal coaching network, and the re-design of Nortel’s key talent and executive leadership development programs.

Following her tenure at Nortel, Beth became an external organization development practitioner in 1999. Beth typically combines her expertise in organization development and her skills in program management to design and implement corporate leadership development, change leadership, succession planning, on-boarding, and internal coaching programs. She also serves as an executive coach for key talent. Beth was recently a founding partner in a start-up venture, Tilt, Inc., specializing in assessments, research, and training focused on transcendent leadership and coaching.

An alumna of North Carolina State University, Beth also holds an M.S. from American University in Organization Development and a business coaching certification from Duke University. In the spring of 2010, Beth relocated to London with her family to gain a broader range of global consulting experience, and to expand her research on multi-cultural leadership.
