
CJ Scarlet, Chief Rover
CJ Scarlet, named one of the “Happy 100” people on the planet, is an award-winning author, motivational speaker, and life transitions coach. Her diverse experience in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors spans 20 years, and she brings powerful perspective to the RCI vision. As Director of Victims Issues with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office, she initiated and co-chaired the implementation of the nation’s first statewide automated victim notification system, which contacts victims when their perpetrators are to be released from custody. This program was selected as a national model by the U.S. Department of Justice. Fun fact: CJ started her career as a roller skating carhop at Sonic before becoming a U.S. Marine. Nicoa Dunne, President & Chief Relationship Rover
Nicoa Dunne brings 16 years of experience in global corporate communications and strategic human resources. As a business partner and coach, her collaborative approach to innovative problem solving is refreshing and motivating. Nicoa’s career background includes more than eight years with GE, where she graduated from the GE Human Resources Leadership Program. Her four years with Thermo Fisher Scientific spanned twenty countries and included over 10,000 employees in her client group. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, she provided key leadership in the transformation of Misys Healthcare, positioning the company and culture for growth and the ultimate merger with Allscripts. Stephanie McDilda, Partner & Coach Liaison
Stephanie helped grow top talent leaders at Nortel, Bank of America, GSK, IBM, and the State of North Carolina over the last 20 years. Stephanie’s in-depth knowledge and creative design of talent and development programs, as well as her motivating coaching expertise, differentiate her in the industry. In 1993, she began her own successful small business as a coach, consultant, seminar leader, and motivational speaker. She also worked for several years on contract as a certified associate with Drake Beam Morin, a major international outplacement consultant, providing career coaching for clients. Sunita Shouse, Strategic Rover
Sunita Shouse is an international consultant, coach and entrepreneur with 24 years of strategic planning, leadership development, multicultural team development and operations experience in global profit and non-profit arenas. She is a senior leader and business partner experienced in designing and executing workforce solutions that align people performance with business strategy. Her passion is in growing quality businesses and promoting long-term, sustainable customer success. Managers, clients and peers have consistently acknowledged her keen insight, clear perspective, direct communication and balanced approach towards exceeding customer expectation and achieving business excellence. Sandy Klein, Relationship Rover
Sandy Klein is not just an employee…she’s a former coaching client! Yes, Sandy is a true convert who was introduced to Roving Coach when the company she worked for began offering Roving Coach sessions to its employees as a benefit. Sandy’s experience with her Roving Coach was so positive she decided to become trained in the proven coaching method used by RCI’s Roving Coaches. Sandy’s career includes sales representative, sales training, and sales leadership roles with Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Schwarz Pharma, Schering-Plough, and Muro Pharmaceuticals. Beth Pisculli, International Rover
Beth Pisculli is a senior organizational development consultant and executive coach with over 15 years of experience in the field of talent management. She is passionate about the development of high potentials and multi-cultural leadership in organizations. Beth started her corporate career at Nortel Networks and progressed quickly through the leadership ranks serving in senior management and internal business consulting positions in Marketing, IT, Operations, and Human Capital. Shirlita McFarland, Engagement Rover
Shirlita McFarland joined the Roving Coach team in 2011 to focus on engaging RCI’s coaches, clients and fans, and maximizing its women-owned business certifications. After attending the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Shirlita began a 20-year career in Traffic Management at WKIX Radio, WRAL TV, and WRDC TV. She later accepted positions in advertising/ marketing support and as a proofreader at GlaxoSmithKline, where her proficiency in oral and written communication, business administration, organization, and teamwork were keys to her professional success. These attributes, along with a positive and encouraging attitude, affirmed her affiliation with Roving Coach International. Fun fact: Shirlita took an adult ballet class! Hi! My name is Rovie! I’m the Roving Coach mascot and yes, I’m a girl. The Roving Partners are all women, so it was only fitting that I should be female too. Here is my story; I hope you’ll find it interesting. By the way, I am a fictional character, of course (just making sure you knew that – although, wouldn’t that have been cool if I HAD been a real dog and then CJ, our Chief Rover, started a business named after me?!)
