We GIVE because What Matters to You, Matters to Us!
At Roving Coach we began our business model on the basis of giving back our coaching and business skills to the workplace because people matter! And what matters to people in the workplace is as important as what matters to people outside of the workplace – in their communities and in their homes.
Our personal philanthropic roots are based in three charitable organizations. They are personal, they affect our lives and they matter to us for a number of reasons. We give annually to these organizations AND to charitable organizations that matter to our clients, too!
The Lupus Foundation of America (LFA)
The LFA Piedmont Chapter is dedicated to finding the causes of and cure for lupus and providing support, services and hope to all people affected by lupus. Our Chief Rover, CJ Scarlet, a lupus thriver herself, is a member of the LFA Piedmont Chapter Board of Directors.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a nonprofit donor-supported organization, is to assure the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease. Our President and Chief Relationship Rover, Nicoa Dunne, is a member of the Cystic Fibrosis – Carolina’s Chapter Board of Directors.
The Shriners Children’s Hospital
Shriners Hospitals for Children® is a health care system of 22 hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing specialty pediatric care, innovative research and outstanding teaching programs. Our Partner and Coach Liaison, Stephanie McDilda, and her late husband and Shriner, Ken McDilda, have been long term supporters of the Shriners Children’s Hospitals and other Shriner philanthropic events.
In addition, the Roving Coach We GIVE Foundation donates a percentage of its profits to our clients’ favorite charities and foundations in their honor.
