The RCI-Client Relationship

Your relationship with RCI begins with an orientation session with your point of contact–usually your HR leader and an executive champion. Our main goal in the orientation session is to ensure we fully understand your needs and priorities around talent development.

In addition, our team provides an overview of RCI’s unique coaching methodology. We will ensure that you are clear on the process, the approach, and how we can align with your internal performance strategy and metrics.

We then match the most appropriate RCI-certified coaches to your targeted population. We make certain each coach is well-versed in the terminology, your performance management process and priority talent development initiatives you’ve shared with us so that we continuously reflect the performance culture you are striving for within your company.

Once the initial education session is complete, a contract is designed to meet your specific needs. Each contract includes a dedicated on-site or remote time commitment for coach accessibility multiple days per month—or an event specified approach.
