Susan King, a Global Business Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology and Human Resources, joins Roving Coach International (RCI) after more than 11 years with Cisco Systems, Inc. where she led numerous strategic IT and HR programs.

Roving Coach International (RCI), is positioned for phenomenal growth in 2012 with the addition of 13 new coaches from around the country and as far away as the United Kingdom (UK) to help it Create World Peace in the Workplace™!

Nicoa Dunne, Chief Relationship Rover, was honored as a recipient of the Women Extraordinaire Award from Business Leader Magazine. The award recognizes women who have distinguished themselves in business, community involvement, and inspiring other women.

CJ Scarlet of Roving Coach International (RCI) managed to rack up two major awards in less than a week. “I’m still processing the fact that, in one week, two distinguished organizations like the YWCA and the GWBC recognized our vision and hard work,” CJ exclaimed as she showed off her trophies.

RCI gave a $10,000 in-kind donation in the form of The Roving Coach Experience™ sessions to local emerging community leaders part of a program with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

RCI helps organizations attract and retain employees by providing career development coaching to employees at all levels (not just the “big dogs!”). The mission is ongoing and the company is growing, to the point that RCI has added eight – that’s right – eight more elite Roving Coaches to an already exceptional list of professional practitioners.
